Get your P's and so much more... This engaging and interactive course delivers professional high-quality driver training, together with a program designed to increase awareness of road safety issues and instil a culture of safe driving - for life.

By comparison to the standard driver licensing process, our driver education course delivers a much more comprehensive program for the family's investment. We have designed a program aimed at transforming student attitudes to road safety through increasing awareness of driving risks and hazards. Topics included, in addition to the driver's licence, are:

• driving attitudes and risk factors (peer groups, risk taking, distractions, drugs/alcohol)
• physics related to driving, - e.g. braking distances, speed, impact forces, reaction times
• vehicle safety inspection / preventative maintenance
• what to do in the event of breakdowns/emergencies
• hazards and characteristics of various vehicles (4wd, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles, buses)
• what to look for when purchasing the first vehicle
• minimising the environmental impact of driving

This road safety awareness training is reinforced as the student is equipped with the practical and defensive driving skills (behind the wheel) to stay safe on the roads. The practical driving component of the course will be facilitated on a 2-to-1 basis by licensed and experienced Motor Driving Instructors in safely maintained, dual controlled, automatic vehicles.
